I haven't attended one of the workshops, but it doesn't sound all that
different from the way I try to spend a good part of time normally. Perhaps
I have a less busy lifestyle than yourself or something. As I said elsewhere
I'm not against the idea of the workshop at all, but personally I would
prefer not to have someone guiding the direction of that sort of experience.
Incidentally I have no problems with the social dimension, I enjoy listening
time spent with musical (or not) friends as much as I do that on my own.
