I don't know about the IDM-est lube, but I do know who makes the world's
best lube. Eros Light Love from Germany is *unbelievable* It stomps on ID
Glide lube and you'll throw the Astroglide out the window.

It's silicon-based (which I guess is kinda IDM-y....) and they're not lying
when they say it never gets sticky. It's price is on the high side, but
since you don't need much and you don't reapply much, a bottle lasts you a
long time. It makes sex just a bit more wonderful. Give a try!
