I believe that both Audiomulch and Reaktor have Granular Synthesis modules
in them. You can probably find something of worth in SynC Modular as
well, althou they have been purchased by Native Instruments
(Reaktor). These are all modular synths, ala MAX/MSP, btw.

Max/MSP for Windows, recent newsgroup info says 4-5 months. Try
Reaktor until then, though. Perhaps it's not the "high culture" tool that
Max is, but it's got a nicer user interface and it works very
well. Highly recommended for PC noodlers.
