I saw Courtney Pine (English trumpeter) in Glastonbury a few years ago
and he was accompanied by DJ Pogo (I think)... they mixed quite well,
Pine's drummer used some simple HipHop beats, and Pine played some
crazy free shit over that + mad scratching, worked quite well...
except for the dodgy modern ballads, it was excellent.
