beat me to mentioning Roach, Rich and Radigue Kevin Drumm's Imperial Horizon is extremely good. Stephan Mathieu's Remain and A Static Place are excellent, both static and dense I doubt he'd want to be labeled ambient but if you're listening on speakers, not headphones, Phil Niblock is incredible.
