there's a cool V/A cd called "Porn Beats" on dust2dust that does a lot of
this. Electronic (idm?) underneath well-sampled porn...some are raucous and
make you smile, some are subtle and beautiful...the LHB and Shrink2Fit
tracks are standouts for me. Anyway, other tracks from Mike Flowers, the
Mellowtrons and Danmass...

well, some (most?) of scanner's stuff is like that, although that tends to
be more rhythmic (i think...).. autechre's ccec does that too, but i'm
pretty sure that's not it. boards of canada uses chopped up nonsense voice
samples a lot but they use a lot of beats...
i know there's more but that's all i can think of.
