while I don't know the answer to that particular question, I
did want to point out that I have successfully used the same
coupon twice, using two separate accounts (my original cdnow
account and then my migrated musicblvd account - so don't
combine them!). just be sure to turn off your cookies before
initiating the session.
and if any listers want to get copied on all the on-line
coupons that come around, may I suggest subbing to the
whitezone list?

well, I have the japanese two-disc version of 76:14, and the
bonus disc does include both maiden voyage eps. so although I
can't answer for sure, I'd be hard pressed to think that the
aussie version would be any different. I've certainly have
never heard anything to the contrary.
