I "ordered" something from GEMM once, but the local store did not have
the CD that they had listed (DHS' cd). The local store was also
painfully slow in acknowledging the order and even saying "yea we
dont' got it". But that was just that one particular storefront that
dealt with GEMM and isn't neccesarily typical of the whole operation.
