True, except for the amount of *utter praise* they get, it should balance out.
The pendulum swings on both sides, on this list, on *any* list, in the
press, etc etc.
I think what should matters is if *they* ( fill in the artist here ) enjoy
what they
are doing and fuck all to everyone else.
Think of all the vvm haters/lovers, sampling haters/lovers, RDJ haters/lovers,
CR- BC haters/lovers, etc etc etc. It should come down to the artist
enjoying the outcome
of their work and not what some anonymous idm list geek thinks ( myself
included ).
Now of course, *some* artists get a *bit* er, sensitive (?) at times?
