I happened to share a lot of Porcini's "What Carmen Can Do" with people yesterday who didn't seem to appreciative. Though no one even had the guts to ask me to turn it down. Although my favorite CD to share with people (who won't like it) is Iannis Xenakis's "Kraanerg". No rhythms. No melodies. Just random staccato sounds from a wind and string ensemble. It even annoys me some.
