6 tracks just under a half hour. first exposure to kit clayton (he is the mimic and the model, no?). expecting the usual noisy affair from phthalo, but i was surprised this time. not really harsh at all, much like the lithops/mom-instrumentals sound. blips and bleeps that are always moving, wavering. underwater in a sea sick way. last track has these sounds on top of a bc/cr pulsing beat, very cool. a different sound for one of the stronger labels of 98. will post a review of 09 after another listen.
