I dunno. I've got the full lengths, and I like 'em but I tend to put them on and listen without actually noticing which track is which.

Most of the 3rd eye stuff is recorded on 8 track cassette and then mixed down to DAT. Consequently it's not going to sound really crispy clean. This is a conscious choice -- the lo-fi aesthetic. He wants all those overdubbed guitars to mush together into a wall of sound.
