Don't know if this point has been made before but the skam 0161 album was
in aid of repairing manchester after the IRA bomb. I thought the Bola
track 01706 had a real shocked numbness to it- like most of the emotion
was being implied. I thought to myself 'poor old Bola muat have been
caught up in the bomb' and I then realised that 17/06/96 was the day
after the IRA blew up Manchester city centre, so Bola was obviously closer
to the action than he wanted to be and this track was his reaction.
