I really hope this doesn't happen, not because I disagree -- with the thoughts about worthless stuff on the list as well as the idea of an isolated forum for intelligent talk about intelligent dance music -- but because I think it would fracture the great sense of community which I occasionally feel between most of the people on this list...

Obviously, the people who talk about it. I don't really care about those subjects, and I rarely post to wide threads like those, but I respect the people who do want to discuss them (if the threads are in fact, IDM-related). Even if people spew obscenities and ego-boosts back and forth, the delete button takes care of it in several seconds. Yes, I do wish that more of the traffic on this list was of the more intelligent variety, but I accept (while ignoring and deleting) the threads I could care less about. ------- MyTwoSense. -------------- JohnBush.
