This track also appeared on excellent 1993 UK comp 'Trance Europe Express'.
Spooky are Duncan Forbes and Charlie May. I don't know much of their work other than the singles 'Don't Panic', 'Little Bullet' and the track 'Persuasion' which is a very dark piece with Spooky providing minimalist electronic backing to Billy Ray Martin's very dark and erotic song. Sounds a bit like This Mortal Coil if your familiar with them? There first album was called 'Gargantuan'.
