What with all the witchman hype, I was really excited when our radio
station got the "Heavy Mental" ep, so I took it home for a listen. I am
totally unimpressed. It sounds like the Chemical Brothers in a bad mood,
but not half as good as anything the Chems ever did. Weak beats, cliche
"dark" chord progressions, etc. Sure, it was kind of enjoyable, but
hopelessly derivative.
Is everything by him like this?
