Was that the NYC Nearly God show? I've heard that was terrible. Anyway,
I've heard his record label gave him a talking to, warning him that if he
didn't figure out a decent live show he'd alienate half of his fans. Then he
shaped up for his next tour, channeling his energy into putting on what I
thought was a great show (twice). Also, I'm sure Lollapalooza has taught him
how to keep an audience's attention, especially a completely nonreceptive
audience.
