It's my understanding that Baltimore has had some SERIOUS crackdowns by
the law in terms of "rave" related events (spurred by a less than
flattering 20/20 spot on raves, or "waves" as Barbara Walters would say).
FEVER, one of the longest running weeklies featuring techno/dance music,
shut down. Bassrush3 and just last week, Bassrush 4, two very large scale
rave events, shut down. I'm not trying to compare the stealth tour to a
rave per se (actually I would be very interested to know what the
vibe/atmosphere of a Stealth party is like), but I'm curious to know if
this is part of the reason why it's been cancelled so many times.
