There is a difference between replying on an email list, and having
someone's quotes in them... and taking someone's quote and sending it out
(altered or even otherwise) through other mediums/lists etc.
Would you care to share the legalese of your assertion, replete with
referencing of federal/state/country laws? Or is this only illegal in the
world of you? ;)
