I remember him doing a show - maybe with DAT Politics? - at the Rickshaw
stop in SF, probably 2006 or 07. Storming, mega intense maximalism. The
last Planet Mu release was banging - still sounded pretty good when I
relistened yesterday.
I sent him a message probably right before COVID to see if I could book him
for a live set and never heard back. I've been in LA for 7 years now and
haven't heard about him playing - he lived here at least when he was doing
the label.
I remember his more dancefloor focused Halo Cyan label popping up on my
radar around 2012.
His IG is pretty impenetrable; philosophy-grad-damage shit posting?
