No, Jamie isn't bored, he's just *special*. Us plebes out here in net.land don't have the opportunity to make funny funny "in" jokes about Richie Hawtin, nor can we place our album name in a 20 line .sig ad nauseum. I find myself frequently wishing the "God lives in Detroit" bunch would keep their blather on the detroit-list and not on here.

Just what the hell was all that? I sure am glad IDM is such a more level-headed INTELLIGENT place to discuss techno. Might I ask when Detroit got kicked out of the club and relegated to their own list? _____________________________________________________________________________ fixer@d2.com is Robert Smith Digital Domain phone: 310/314-2920 300 Rose Avenue fax: 310/314-2866 Venice, CA 90291 _____________________________________________________________________________ "I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass...and I'm all out of gum"

Pete, you and Jamie hate each other, and I don't care. Really. I realize you're less than impressed by Detroit stuff, and I don't really care about that either. But you know what? As long as Intelligent Dance Music is produced in Detroit, I'm going to post about it here, you and Jamie and whoever the hell else you're making veiled reference to be damned. | Dave Walker, Detroit Art Services (DAS) | | | | marmoset@msen.com At this point things get a little hazy. |
