Well, such is the practice with mix tapes... The legality of these things
is questionable, especially with mix CDs. They usually leave track
listings out for many reasons. One, the DJ, not necessarily the music,
is the reason the thing was made. Two, they don't want to draw *too*
much attention to the fact that it's essentially a compilation made and
sold without the permission of the record labels. Three, many DJs don't
want people knowing what tracks they spin. It's the same reason why some
cover the labels when they spin. It's really too bad they don't list the
tracks, since I usually finally ID tracks *months* after the tape's been
out.
I agree that the Spun CD is fucking *phat*.
