i don't even want to know... ;) and as far as the one i corrected goes, the only reason i pointed anything out is if you're going to critique someone's writing, you had better step up and write half decent yourself... peace bmcb grammar police --- michal urbanski <michal@antiflux.org> wrote:

To take a completely pointless argument one step further, there's more to good writing than grammar and spelling -- the original poster was criticising the content of the book, not the syntax. Anywho, wtf is this, some kind of book club? Let's get back to talking about how much the new Autecher album stinks. And plus they misspelled the title! -j

gag ' this week I'm so over history .. who cares, its not that important! So much has happened that no one will ever understand or care about. I suggest you record the traffic outside your house and submit that as text for 20th century music. or you could visit these peeps as they seem to care alot! http://www.ele-mental.org/ele_ment/think/original/think.html .turnstyle --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Hello Robert, I had started a similar enquiry about the aesthetics of IDM and electronic music in general, including history and pioneers etc a month and a half ago. Most of the recommended links we put up on Intervall-audio. Take a look here and take your time to browse: http://www.intervall-audio.com/links/links_music.html I also got a superb recommendation on a book called "Audio culture" by one of the contributing writers: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/103-9541069-6115853 What is it exactly you are writing about? I am just curious.
