I've just always looked at it as being that the big 3 influenced each other - mu-ziq, Aphex, and Squarepusher. You see certain ideas run through all their songs at various times that may not get released for a while. "Mr. Angry" by mu-ziq is a prime example for me. The whole "I'm the fucking daddy" thing was another. Cylob's in there somewhat to a lesser degree. I'd love to see these guys collaborate more/again, but I think Mike and Rich II ain't gonna happen because of the lawsuit that Mike had to do against Rephlex.
