Recon's White Label is not an obvious Beatles tribute. The cover art--a
white field--in this case appropriately frames the loosely sketched,
minimal studies within.

Doofgoblin: Album RL
Doofgoblin's Album RL is, at six tracks, more an EP. The compact
arrangements, though, would--in most other's hands--have been expanded
at greater length, with more repetition. The variety of mostly
electronic timbres displayed is impressive, if not bewildering.

Himuro: Clear Without Items
The album cover presents shards of colorful light, each one emanating
from the same light source and exploding in a bright white centrifuge.
The listener is immediately invited to expect vibrancy and energetic
themes. In this respect the album certainly delivers.

Bogger: Bogger
The beats are underpinned with a simple but effective four to the floor
kick driving the track onwards. Upper layers of glitched-up electric
fuzz, funky percussive elements and distorted hi-hats provide a driven
workout.
