This is a worthless post but this is the only forum
in which it would make the least bit of sense.
Anyway, I was searching for some things related to
psychology and whatnot and I came across something
called the University of York Centre for Criminal
Justice Economics and Psychology. They calculate
something called the York Index of Public Safety
(YIPS) which is a percentage score of "safety" based
on reports of various types of crime for England,
Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Just for kicks, I
checked the YIPS for Wales and although the total for
Wales was 88 this year, I'm sure it's been 73 at some
point...perhaps in the 1992-1993 period that the "On"
single came out.
For those of you irritated by this ridiculous post, I
