Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but in the intro/outro gab between Edgar in the booth and Ace rizzy on "Shut down" it sounds like they're disgusted about 7 caring more about getting/smoking/peddling "that hydro shit" than about running his label. I have a friend who's tight with those guys - apparently Seven owes Edgar money, Edgar's pissed because Seven's not giving him any money (perhaps the lopsided distribution of PBO's recent re-release is indicative of the problem) and apparently Seven owes everyone money, so it's not like Edgar's the first one who will get paid when payday finally arrives. keep in mind that I don't actually know these people, and this is just what my buddy said - so I don't know how accurate it is. Perhaps PBO's 2nd album didn't sell very well - lord knows I bought a copy as soon as it was released - but I can't say I've seen it for sale in any retail store, like, anywhere. but then again our local 'dj' store was driven out of business about a year ago, so it's not like we have even one halfway decent place to shop for records within 100 miles of where I live...
