im being forced to go to this due to friends visiting from nj. i was wondering if anyone had seen underworld live? what am i going to expect? then theres all those other people digweed, sasha, paul van dyk, uberzone, blah and blah and like 45 others that ive seen 10000 times before. the only one i really want to see is dj craze. that dude is the shiznit. everything else blahhhhhhhhhhhh. cept underworld(cuz i never seen them/him whatever). am i in for a world of shite? any help would be great. i know imma hafta see craze though. just to get my $55.00 worth. It sounds like the only reason to go would be to see underworld. It's pretty easy if you got into electronic music around '96-'98. I've heard OF them, but I've never heard an underworld track. I'm not really interested in hearing more, either, as they certainly seem more in the "D" category, which i get my fill of from the NinjaTune camp (and Tino!) Wait, didn't they do that one track on that one awful movie that people say is good when it's really awful? Besides, the poster was asking about how they were live. I recall reading that they did a good show a few years back. i dont understand the 96-98 thing or the "D" category. you should check them out. er, honestly, avoid the newest one.

That's when Aphex started to get more mainstream and drill 'n bass/glitch started showing up. Making it entirely possible to avoid the dancier, earlier IDM. And D is the D in IDM.

Cool. I hadn't heard anything about their live shows in the past few years.
