Apparently Roland stopped production early cause it never sold....
Richard D James has 'that' 303 sound in a lost of tracks, 'Iketa' from Quoth
12" being the most prominent in my mind....
Damn, I'll have to go listen to that now....
I don't think many 'IDM' artists have used it. I think they use more 'real'
analogue synths, rather than the limited bassline. (I am aware of Hardfloor
and what they did with it tho)
