Allow me to share: Rolls and Waves EP - Yeah, I love it. Everyone has their own taste, but it seems like all I run into are haters of his many incarnations. I don't get it, honestly... Maybe I'm on crack or something, but I think Scott Heren is making some of the most original, interesting music to come out in a long time. Urban Renewal Project (Mr. Heren, Mos Def and Diverse) - Is it okay if I like the RJD2 remix and the instrumental better than the original? yeah, I thought so... SMAK compliation - Fancy packaging and a great way to make people want all the discs (clever bastards); The most IDM thing I've probably ever purchased. Straight-UP and I like it. Hu Vibrational - Haven't listened yet, but I'm excited to see it arrive. Broken Wrist Project Book - Great work. I love to see INTELLIGENT fun stuff like this. i guess this just seems weird to me because it seems like everyone i know, from my dad to the fed ex who came to the door today, likes prefuse... i love his stuff, and i think it's pretty accessible to anyone who likes a nice beat... (note to all you contraires, please do not reply saying, "no, i don't like prefuse." stuff it.)

Sounds like just "wylin out" you're referring to. The whole 3LP deal looks really fresh. I got a bunch of them into my distro yesterday, but i only got to flip through it quickly... That description is off, but I dig it... It is minimal percussion, but there are some quality grooves in there. To each his own.
