Thanks again to those who have helped me out with this. The list is
now double the size of what it used to be.
Basically I've compiled a resource page for U.S.-based online record
shops which faithfully carry IDM releases:

It's a very basic layout, but serves its purpose as a FAQ of sorts.
If you know of any additional shops which aren't listed, please get in
touch with me offlist.
Again, I'm *not* interested in dj-shops which specialize primarily in
house and techno, U.S. shops which do not offer an online-friendly mailorder
service, the bigger places like Amazon.com, etc. Places that carry noise
and experimental are ok because there's usually a little bit of the more
obscure electronic releases there.
