Hello, I keep hearing that the newest New Order album is surprisingly good. Could anyone confirm or deny this? The Angelo Badalamenti soundtrack to Mulholland Drive is lovely, though slightly familiar. I saw a Noh theatre performance last week. The sounds that the actors produce (vocally) is incredible. Altogether alien and guttural, yet compelling. Finally, the recent Richie Hawtin mix is growing on me. It's interesting to hear bits of songs you know complementing other bits of songs, etc. The mix is quite fun too. Okay. I caught the last half of the music video for New Order's new single and I thought it sucked, but then, I was never a big fan of New Order.

The soundtrack is nice. I like the main theme. But that movie is incredible! I loved every bit of it. Go see Mulholland Drive!

Only go see this movie if you are a Lynch fan. Otherwise it will make you mad. The soundtrack is nice. I like the main theme. But that movie is incredible! I loved every bit of it. Go see Mulholland Drive!

I actually rather like their single 'Crystal'. Rhyming honey with money isn't exactly spectacular though... I downloaded the album a while ago. It's absolutely terrible. Even the collab with Bobby G is shit. Not sure why I expected anything else, as New Order haven't released anything decent for over a decade. Very bland overall. Thbbt. -Nathan
