Why is it that a large number of the live IDM radio shows I see posted about are after 12 am or early morning? Is it because the "general public" of radio listeners don't want to listen to this stuff so they put it on god-forsaken hours, or because we IDM listeners are all night owls or what?! Are there any radio shows which I can catch during the daytime (e.g. like when I'm at work?). I know of live streams like Eric Fran's Chairtronix or Static Beats, but I'm looking also for live daytime radio shows. -Sharon --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Swope Transmissions is on 6-9pm on Fridays on KUCI 88.9FM (Irvine, CA). http://kuci.org And it's not strictly idm. It's more a blend of many styles... trip hop, broken beat and Detroit techno. --- Sharon Clarke <sharon@infotechcanada.com> wrote:

you can catch solid steel on http://www.ammocity.com anytime - they're hosting it for us, there's about five weeks of archives in there - 10 hours to pull you thru the work doldrums... but you might have to join ammo city, but they're spam is pretty good & filled with other inneresting dj sets. they get all sorts of djs coming in and doing sets. http://www.groovetech,com is good and so is http://www.betalounge.com & think the http://www.dublab,com archives are still being hosted tho i havent checked lately. nethed. Hello All Just a mail to say that anyone in edinburgh for the festival should go and see the Chris Cuningham project, "Monkeydrummer". It's on show at the edinburgh college of art until the 28th of August and I believe that entry is free. Also Luke Vibert is playing on the 19th of August and entry is only £5, is anyone here attending? georgewilliamson --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
