Well I have a simple idea for you. Why not settle all
of your promotion in periodic posts inviting members
of this list that live in your area to join your list
to be informed about events you are working on in
yours and their area's?....it would be as easy as
that...just go Yahoo! groups for example, and set up a
group of your own, then if there are any people on
this list that live in your area, and if they are
interested, they will join your list, and you can post
to your hearts content;)....without feeling guilty.
