I've spent the last few weeks REALLY hitting the the isomateric-side-linear-barotomic-frontal-delt-pec lunge!! I'll have to tell ya...its really inflating my exomorphic return rates on betalomic suppression decreases! There's nothing like placing the grips about 10 to 90 inches from the centerfuge of the straight line over latimus pull over. I've noticed the peaks coming up like a fully-roided olympian superquaded disc lobber! Keep up the good work !!! God knows that your guidence has really enhanced my lymbospastic engorgment rate by at least 589%!!
