Actually, I rank Incunabula as one of my dearest ae discs. The first half
may be a little daggy, but starting from "Basscadet" on, it's the very
gravy. "444" still moves me.
Hard to put myself into just one camp: my fondness for Tri Repetae
fluctuates over time like f(x) = sin (x), but then I have to reckon with
Incuna. And in camp B, LP5 is tops for me. So, I have one of each. Damn -- I
can't go without rae and drane2 and acroyear... And then there's Confield,
which tickles the special place in my brain in a funny way.
With a gun to my head, I'll put myself into A. Cos it's easier listening and
the melodies are beautiful. My nomimated exempla: "Basscad" and on in
Incuna, "Foil" on Amber, AeG, "Lost" and "Flutter" on AeP, and of course,
the soundtrack to the new VW Beetle commercial. ;)
