Yeah. This is Buddy Lee Jeans' attempt at reverse psychology marketing.
The websites (three or four I think) were setup to give the commercials
credibility.
Apparently the campaign was very succesful.
I think Levi's tried a similar approach with their latest "real people
singing real karoake, really" advertising campaign.
Personally I can't stand the Levi's commercials but I think the Buddy Lee
commercials are cute, funny and original (mind you I don't wear either type
of Jeans).
