Hey all,
Just one of my infrequent+quick mentions for our net.mp3.label (all tracks
freely downloadable, done for fun+giggles), Monotonik.
Anyhow, brand new @ Monotonik is an exclusive new track from Pretty Boy
Crossover, aka PBXO, the Australian duo whose album, "The Building And
Formation", formerly due on Skam until indecision set in down Manchester
way, is out any day now on Surgery. PBXO also supported Arab Strap when they
played Melbourne recently. Which is cool.
Ahem, so the track is called "Autumn Week", and it's pretty much lush
ambient idm all round. As they say, it's yummy in yr tummy.
The other recent release is from Idmonster, the more electronic guise of UK
musician Pendle, who I've mentioned on-list before (former Butterfly Child
member), and I'd also highly recommend it for fans of the whole layered
melodic thing we dote on - he rock-olas.
