Whoever it was who was keen for tix to the NY shows- only the
Saturday show is listed as sold out at the Bowery Ballroom web-site, so
you may still be able to get tickets to the Friday show through the
Ballroom box office (which is actually the Mercury Lounge). Check out

On the other hand, maybe their website is out of date and the shows are
indeed both sold out...
