First of all, to pick a nit - this is a mailing list, not a "board". As for which address appears when you hit reply, the list has been configured to reply to the sender by default. I assume this was done to cut down on personal replies being sent to the list by mistake - i.e. you have to stop and think for a second if you want to reply to the list as a whole. I think it's a good idea myself, helps cut down on the useless posts that make other mailing lists such a pain to read. Anyway, if you don't feel like typing the list address everytime you want to send a public reply, hit the "Reply All" button instead (assuming your mail program has one). It'll bring up both the list address and the sender address as recipients. Just try and remember to delete the sender address, otherwise they'll get two copies of the message (one direct, one via the list).
