Are you talking about "Solid Gold ChartBusters"? (I think that's what they called it.) It was just Jimmy Cauty, Bill Drummond wasn't involved I don't think. The song had something do to with cellphones, I thought it was called "1-2-3 With Me" or some such nonsense. As far as Cauty's Scourge Of The Earth remixes, I've only heard his remix of Black Dog's Babylon. Mostly crap I'm afraid. I think there's also Scourge of the Earth remixes of Marilyn Manson, Silver Machine, and Queen amongst others.
