I adjusted the tonal balance to match what I heard in the room, and encoded it as a MP3 file. Less unwieldy, and given the quality of the original recording, you're not going to miss out on the 'discarded bits.' http://www.cornwarning.com/xfer/Autechre%202015-09-29-Metro-Chicago.mp3

yeah - i loved this! they are doing great, at the top of their game. i would probably cry in the front row. I am wondering very much how other shows sound - how much leeway is in their playing, could they go on jamming for 4.2-x hours with ever new timbres & melodies, structures? the emotional hitterz in the first part seem non-improv. or I underestimate them 2015-10-04 20:52 GMT+02:00 Mauro <lavaramano@gmail.com>:

I was at the New Hampshire show a few days later. I'd say it was remarkably similar. I think they tweak the patches every day or write new ones. I'd actually say the Chicago show was more melodic than the one I saw at least in a few parts. - CRT

And there was this weird thing where the only place you would hear weird dance music would be in chill-out rooms inside the clubs and at raves. You wouldn’t even hear them when you went back to people’s houses after the club. They’d all be sitting there listening to 140 BPM hardcore tracks waiting for their E to wear off."
