can anyone give me any info on the band Sweet Trip? i remember a recent thread where someone mentioned them in passing, so i used a ... er.. certain.. uh.. music-sharing device.. to find an mp3. and it's awesome. definitely get a copy of their halica CD (darla). a pretty good mix of guitars and electronics. maybe like a more poppy seefeel? aah sea life is from the darla drum & bliss sampler cd, which also features other cool tracks by like-minded bands.

It was probably me mentioning them--I absolutely love their stuff. Halica the album is pretty good, but I think you might enjoy "Alura" the 4-song ep more. The "Fish" remixes are decent, but a bit repetetive. Also, their tracks on both of the Drum N' Bliss comps on Darla (the first is Aah Sea Life, and the second Drum n' Bliss has two remixes/original songs from them) are awesome. OK, I'm going to try to hypnotize everyone in this list. This is probably the largest mass hypnotistical (I know there's no such word) session ever, and I hope it works out...phew.
