Zimbette and I went to see that very same line-up at the Troubadour
two days ago. Actually, the live set was a collaboration between
Kid 606 and Brad Laner... Whereas then Kid opened for the Fantomas
half a year ago, that show was certainly an assault. This time is
was more of a discordant groove. It was friggin' great, of course.
ON on the other hand.... hmmm, the nicest thing I can say about them
is that they sound a bit like Super Furry Animals, if they would ditch
the cheesy American alterno-singing and rock star make-overs.
