No offense, but I'm trying to figure out how one goes about "stripping down" Labradford. Any more minimal and you're talking about a completely blank CD... -d.w. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

well actually these are three guys playing only bassguitars creating something which can be called ambient. The reference with Labradford is in atmosphere... Labradford uses more sources then Rothko but the results are equally bewildering. "Nothing left"... question... Check out some Gunter cd's or Francisco Lopez... That's really minimal. Or John Cages "Atlas... with Winter Music" lp box... There's nothing on 3 lp's. -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: Dave Walker <marmoset@mich.com> Aan: idm@hyperreal.org <idm@hyperreal.org> Datum: donderdag 16 december 1999 20:43 Onderwerp: Re: (idm) FWD: Suction on vinyl + new Rothko
