I Professor Vast, therefore I am:
--i just heard some of Plastikman's Consumed triple vinyl...
--is it just me or has he been hanging out with the Voigt bros...
--it has a strange Gas/Sturm vibe....
--any thoughts...opinions??
I read an interview with Richie Hawtin in an issue of XLR8R magazine in which he said that he'd been on a steady Porter Ricks (Thomas Koner/Andy Mellwig) diet prior to the release. :)
I'll second that. The Ricks' influence is omnipresent on the release, minus the submarine feeling akin to listening to laidback minimalism under water, which makes the hallmark of their 'Biokinetics' album on Chain Reaction. ;-)

that they be avoided, because they look damn annoying.
yes, it's a fact: you can be creative with just ascii characters.
