I find it hard to believe that this release,
called "Early Works For Me If It Works for
You" (Phthalo 12), will not receive much
attention on here. I spread some words a
little while back on Dntel's debut cdr-lp
with the Phthalo folks, but there weren't too
many people talking, yet. Well.. if and when
this one receives the attention it deserves,
i'll be in the background digesting what i like
to call "electrical bits and bytes of sweetened
d'n b noise & textured idm". Can't get enough
of this one, and i think you need some too..
Forget about Autechre, Squarepusher and
Funkstorung for a bit, Dntel fits snuggly in an
area not too far off from here, all the while
creating his own soundscapes..
