I posted a little while ago about a mysterious video I saw on Amp from a "Speedy J X-Mix." A few people said that what I probably saw was a track called "Pepper [remix]." Well, I bought the X-Mix-3 cd recently, and they were right. When Pepper finally came up in the mix, it was what I heard in that video I saw years ago. Apparently, there's also an X-Mix-3 video available which is probably what I witnessed on Amp. Thanks for the help. It feels good to finally track down a song that's eluded me for years. -- shephrd@earthlink.net | "...thita NK;" "...mechanically reclaimed by autechre..." --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Actually, the correct track that I meant to refer to was Speedy J's Evolution which is the second song in the Richie Hawtin mix of X-Mix-3. -- shephrd@earthlink.net | "...thita NK;" "...mechanically reclaimed by autechre..." --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

There was also a nice Speedy J video for his Symmetry track on Warp's 'Motion' video that was released around the same time as the Artifical Intelligence vol 2 comps. Other videos on the tape include Beaumont Hannant's Utuba, Richard Kirk's Reality Check, Mark Franklin's Release to the System, and Autechre's Basscadet. Regarding the X-Mix-3 video, it can still be purchased via the Studio K7! website at: http://www.studio-k7.de/xmix/x032vid.html -->-Lance--- lance@inaudible.com p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
