Swayzak is defintiely considered quality deep house in my book. Their Snowboarding in Argentina album on Pagan was a favorite from last year. They have 8-10 releases on labels including Pagan, Medicine, Mecca, Offshoot, as well as their own Swayzak label. Of interest to idmers, Swayzak are slated to release an ep on the District Six label later this year. there is another set at www.groovetech.com, neither of these dj set compare to the live show they put on here in seattle.

their next full length is slanted for early next year. heard a bit if it and i think it may prove to be a better album then 'snowboarding...'

also of idm note, swayzak is starting a(nother) new label called 240 volts. in their words it is to be an offbeat/expermential/minimal techno label.
