perhaps there's a buried lock groove in there, as mine does the same thing. took me about 15 minutes to figure it out -- i just thought it was some ultra-minimal track. "jeez, i wish this would GO somewhere," i thought -- then looked up and realized that the needle had been in the middle of the second track for ages. p

happened to me listening to the Funkstoerung mix of Various Artists. needle jumped into the locked groove, was listening for a while, fell asleep (like i often do listening to minimalism), woke up and it was still going round and round. damn. tomas np: AE - Chiastic Slide speaking of: what does it mean when i see "envane remix 12" or "cichlisuite remix 12" in mailorder catalogues?

The Warp CD singles are usually broken up into two 12" singles... but there are (usually) no additional tracks on the vinyl. In fact, for Autechre I don't believe there are any differences between any vinyl singles and CD singles with the exception of Basscadet, which was released as a 3x10" vinyl set with a few additional tracks not on the CD, and the CD had one additional remix that was not on the vinyls.
